Principles and guidance

Inclusive hiring & growth

Working with our recruitment partners, we actively seek out talent on displayed skills no matter their background and create fair and impartial opportunities for growth. We continuously work with our recruitment partners to evaluate our processes to eliminate bias.

For example, all candidates suggested for a role initially – have their name, age, gender and education removed to avoid any potential bias. Only on first interview do we get a full picture of the person. Job Descriptions are also written in a way that communicates what the role actually needs in terms of skill set and attitude – not how many qualifications you have. 

Authentic representation

As Creators, we have a responsibility to ensure that the work we produce reflects the amazing diversity of the world around us. We challenge stereotypes, amplify diverse voices, and collaborate with talent from all backgrounds. We encourage our clients to follow suit and provide ample space and ways for our Creators to give feedback so that we continue to improve.

Creating a culture of belonging

Create Health is a safe space where individuals can bring their full, and real selves to work. Through open conversations, regular agency and department meetings, individual 1-to-1s with line managers, agency sharing and learning sessions (Gather & Grow), and ongoing DEI training, we encourage a culture of respect, learning, and inclusion for all.
