Warm, reliable, and always hands-on, she’s passionate about nurturing a positive and mindful work environment. From charity work to well-being initiatives, she’s all about bringing positivity, progression and mindfulness into our lives. (And yes, her giant Pointador, Ludo, gets plenty of love too!) 

Her bright enthusiasm matched with analytical smarts helps the agency run smoothly. She takes care of the entire team, making sure everyone feels supported, motivated, and empowered to do their best work—because a happy team creates the strongest outcomes. 

But though it seems as if she’s been doing this forever, she wasn’t always Head of People and Culture. 

Chrissie spent fifteen years designing beautiful things, from award-winning recipe books to high-end hospitality communications and motorsport branding. So she brings a unique knowledge of the creative process to her role – her unique blend of creativity and organisation is rare and valuable.
