MINDSET MATTERS

IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE WORLD, YOU NEED TO CHANGE ITS MINDSET

At Create Health, we believe that better health doesn’t just happen, it’s created.

And that we must create a new mindset if we are to overcome some of today’s biggest health challenges.

Scientific advancements have made it harder to die – but in many ways harder to live too. The right mindset has the power to change this.

Whether it’s inspiring better self-care techniques, encouraging the adoption of life-changing technologies, or simply activating conversations around mental health. We hold true that the right mindset can transform a can’t into a might. A might into a must.

We’re not saying mindsets are easy to change. Surgeons, healthcare workers and their patients all need to be motivated and inspired in order for health to progress – and what inspires one person to take on an ultra-marathon could stop another in their tracks.

But by learning how these different minds work, digging deep into their personalities to unlock what drives them forward, we believe we can make the previously impossible, entirely possible.

With the right mindset, we might just change the world.

Jools Walker

Breaking the cycle

When Jools Walker rediscovered her love of cycling, she knew it wouldn’t be easy to make a career of as a young black woman.

But she had no idea quite how challenging life would get; a diagnosis of depression, a mini-stroke, and becoming her mother’s full-time carer in the space of a few short years threatened to send her tumbling from the saddle.

But Jools’ passion, along with her desire to create space for women like her in cycling, helped keep those wheels turning. Now as a published author and public speaker, she’s spreading her powerful mindset far and wide.
