It’s an exciting time for Create Health.

We’ve recently added eight shiny new members to the team. The best part? (No, it’s not that we have loads more people to join us at the pub on a Thursday.) We’ve gained a genuinely diverse and brilliant set of skills, experience, and expertise.

Strap yourself in for a quick rundown of our latest recruits.

Carys Richards
Say hello to our Business Development Director, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her many years in the Pharma sector. And she always leaves treats in the kitchen, so she’s definitely a keeper!

Sean Quay
Our Medical Writer Sean Quay has an impressive clinical background, having spent time in pharmacy and primary care, working on regional pharmacy projects like driving medicine optimisation and public health campaigns.

Jasmine Freeman
How do you become a marketer for marketers? Ask resident DJ and leopard-print wonder Marketing Manager Jasmine Freeman. Her varied career includes social media management, PR and events, and her last few years were at a Bristol-based creative agency for B2B tech brands.

Kate Wells
With experience in social media, strategy and creative ideation, and a stack of awards under her belt, our Junior Art Director and Drum & Bass superfan Kate Wells is really going places.

Joe Wilson
Ready to bust a move, the talented Joe Wilson joins us as our Motion Graphics Designer after dazzling us as a freelancer. His work is beautiful – keep an eye on our socials for it.

Amelia Horner
The ever-stylish Amelia Horner initially joined us an intern, but we simply couldn’t let her go. So, we were chuffed when she agreed to become our newest Junior Graphic Designer.

Charlie Culverhouse
Senior Account Manager Charlie doesn’t just have a wicked sense of humour, she’s got tonnes of experience in marketing and advertising, both in-house and agency side, and we’re loving having her on board.

Rhi Wheeler
Rhi is quite the renaissance woman. She’s got a degree in Psychology and Criminology and is fresh from two years as an Ophthalmic Technician at Bristol Eye Hospital. She’s our latest Account Executive and we hope this is her favourite career choice yet.

Our Managing Partner Phil Blackmore:

“As the famous Guinness ad once said… Good things come to those that wait. And whilst it’s felt like we’ve been recruiting for over 18 months for some roles, I’m really pleased we took our time to find these talented individuals. Each of them brings something new to the team, and all share the belief that creativity is the cure to poor-performing healthcare marketing. Exciting times ahead.”

Medical Writer Sean Quay, added “Healthcare communications is booming and being part of Create Health feels like I’m aboard a rocket about to launch.” 🚀
